❓ Help Need Help, can't enter GUI, need mac ad also.

Guys need help with my BM622, first I can't enter GUI. My user/pass is no longer accepted. Another thing I would also need some help with a working mac ad so I can have my wimax modem working once again. Any help or info is highly appreciated. Thank You.
