Mga idol pa help naman po kung pano iformat ung vivo y91 kasi po kapag hinahardreset kopo hinihinge padin ung pattern lock nkalimutan po kasi ng may ari pero ung google account po na nakasave don alam niya po baka po may software po kayo dyan na makakapag format po sa VIVO Y91 po ng kaibigan ko wala po kse ako makitang tutorial gamit ung google account pang recover software napo tlga ata kelangan pahelp po..

kahit ihard reset mo yan,maghahanap pa din ng pass yan,need mo MRT dongle para mabypass password nyan lods,if you dont have MRT Dongle,need mo ng legit tech to do the job sir.

#Option 1, Hard Reset VIVO Y91 with software menu

1. Turn on the VIVO Y91
2. It is very important to make sure battery capacity more then 50% or better fully charge
3. If we still can access file manager or other applications, the please backup all data or photos/videos at VIVO Y91 because all data and applications will be erase or delete
4. Go to Menu : Setting > More Setting > Backup and Reset > Erase all data
5. Give check-mark : Erase Phone Storage if we want to clean / wipe all data
6. Choose : Erase everything
7. The VIVO Y91 will do the hard reset or master format to factory default process.

#Option 2, Hard Reset VIVO Y91 with Hardware Button Key to Recovery Mode

1. Turn Off VIVO Y91
2. It is very important to make sure the battery is fully charge
3. Press and hold POWER BUTTON + VOLUME UP BUTTON key until Fastboot menu appear
4. Release all POWER BUTTON & VOLUME UP BUTTON
5. Choose Recovery Mode and Press OK with POWER BUTTON
6. Choose Clear Data button, and continue choose Clear all data and wait until wiping data finish
7. At some version you can try to choose Wipe Data or Clear Data option by tap the menu or using VOLUME BUTTON to go up and down at menu and press POWER Button to Ok or Confirm or Choose. It will wipe all data to finish the Hard Reset or Master Format Steps
8. Wait until the Use VIVO Y91 finish the process and the phone will start again like new
