Add mo reason why? Yung anak nya ang pinapakuha nya. Atleast 18yrs old above dapat. Magdala sya ng valid id if needed.

Human Resource here. Depende po sa Company yung kailangan requirements regading sa Authorization but ang "Rule of Thumb" ng Every company is that dapat mayroong mga sumusunod yung authorize ng representative.:
1. Authorization Letter
2. Proof of ID with signature (Empleyado ng Company) "well, in this case parent"
3. Special Power of Attorney (Depends sa Company kung required) "Kuha ka nadin para sure"
4. Proof of Identity of Representative (Valid IDs) "Yung kukuha"
