Hello po,ask ko lang po ano magandang work out routine sa gym for loosing weight,newbie po kasi,Thanks po sa pagsagot....
 
kahit anong exercise pwede. nasa diet yan lods. ako lcif for 4 months naalis ko 19 kls from 89 to 70 ako
 
wag mo madaliin boss, mag lo-lose skin mo, sasama tingnan yan. Eat enough protein then sabayan ng workout wag sagadin hinay hinay lang 😅
