What if nabayaran mo na yung item kaso d mo kinuha? Nagbago kasi isip ng mama ko d na raw niya kukunin yung order pero nabayaran na namin. Ma rerefund bah yung pera ?

Pag hindi papo na shiship Yes po Pwede Cancel kapag on delivery contact nalang sa Customer Service or sa seller

Hahaha dapat pinagisipan din mabuti haha, sakin noon cod yung order ko ts failed delivery due to hindi daw nila sakop lugar ko then binalik order ko sa seller then yun blinocked ng shopee yung cod payment option/system sa account ko kasi, pwede ka ireport ni seller sa shopee haha

But if dpa nacoconfirmed ni seller yung order pwede mo pa icancel pero pag to ship na di na pwede haha

Hindi yata kasama yung "Change of Mind" sa mga reasons ng cancellation. Pero kapag hindi siguro na-receive ay puwede "sigurong" mabalik yung funds sa ShopeePay, not sure lang talaga.
