Hey guys i just want to know if thers an offline installer for dx11 windows 8.1 kasi di naka connect yung pc ko sa net and di nag wowork yung programs nya unless iupdate ko daw yung dx11 :( i need help

Hello, problema ko Electric fan nmin. Nung inaayos ko kasi (first time ko) ntanggal ko yung mga maliliit na copper wire sa motor. nka connect ata yun sa mga wires and fuse. Panu koba ulit un ikakabit? Diko alam naguguluhan nako.

pag naka off yung pc ko ng matagal then pag binuksan nagwowork yung keys `,1,q,a,z, at Tab, then after siguro mga 30 mins na pag gamit ko ng pc(coding, surfing, etc) biglang hindi na gumagana yung mga keys na yon. pag inoff ko yung pc, and matagal na time ulit bago kung buksan, working nanaman...
