❓ Help Please help! pocket wifi from kuwait cannot connect to 4g smart/globe in philippines

Good day. I have 2 units of pocket wifi from Kuwait, Ooredoo and VIVA both are unlocked but i cannot get 4G signal from smart and globe only 3G signal appears on my dashboard. if i change the connectivity to 4G only in the settings menu NO SERVICE appears. my HTC mobile phone can get 4G signal...
