    The P20 bigas is available in some place so in a way, technically natupad din naman yan. Hindi nga lang nationwide, wala din naman "yata" (correct me if I'm wrong) siyang sinabing nationwide. He just says magkakaroon ng P20 na bigas, which is meron naman na in some areas.
