sir kahit ano pong format mo is wala talaga mangyayari dyan kaya po nag hahang at hindi natutuloi is mababa ba ung health ng ssd mo or harddisk mo either may bad sector or may error disk you can check using the HHD sentinel software .. my advice is to buy a new ssd
