    yes the battery was drained, but now the battery is fully charged and still has the illy Screen and does nothing else.

    Nothing the cell phone was working fine and battery was dead so I recharged it. Now nothing comes up.

    I have a illy Q2 Cel phone that when powered on WONT load anything but the first main screen of Illy then stops. When the battery is taken out, it will start up again and go to the very same screen and wont go any further. Can anyone help please?
