Popular websites KissManga and KissAnime have been permanently shut down as the Japanese government improves its anti-piracy law.
Back in June, Kyodo News reported that Japan has endorsed a revised version of the anti-online piracy law which contains improved copyright control, as well as bannding of illicit downloading of magazines, manga, and academic texts in addition to the previous music and video coverage.
Japan’s anti-piracy law also covers ‘leech’ websites, which contain download links to pirated materials. The actual ban will take effect starting January 1, 2021, while restrictions will begin by October 1 this year.

Closed forever. The websites of the pìrâ†é anime and manga streaming platform 'KissAnime' and 'KissManga' has been taken down by the copyright owners on Saturday morning, bringing fans wild over the social media.

For those who loves anime and loves to try to imitate anime chatacter especially Loli voice here are some steps in doing it.
1. Water. Drink alot of water.
2. Clear your throat, do some voice yoga.
3. Record your voice and listen to it with a slight delay.
4. Talking quietly whilst using Loli voice, helps retain the same pitch so your voice doesn't break.
5. Pitch stairwell. Each step up stairs is a higher pitch up, practice going up and going down these stairs so that you can bend the pitches to your will.
6. Use short words/sentence. Make it easy in yourself snd your vocal chords.
7. Take break. Practice for 30-40 minutes if you are just starting out, then take 3-4 hours bteak so that your voice can recover.
