Thoughts About Duterte's ICC Arrest
https://vimeo.com/1066287506?share=copy Thoughts About Duterte's ICC Arrest --> Atty. Tina Amador-Robles 1. Was Duterte's arrest îllégâl? --> No. It was supposed to be yes, but Duterte himself withdrew the Philippines from the Rome Statute in March 2019. This means that the Rome Statute no longer applies to the Philippines since then. 2. Why does the ICC still meddle with crimes in the Philippines despite its withdrawal from the Rome Statute? --> The ICC retains jurisdiction over crimes committed before the withdrawal. The ICC has the legal right to prosecute Duterte for crimes that happen before March 2019. 3. Why does Duterte invoke Article 59 of the Rome Statute to claim that his arrest was îllégâl? --> Because this is his last...
Salary grade 33, more or less 400k php monthly.
Read it until you're bored. This is just my own opinion, and you're free to criticize it.
"Read it until you’re bored. 🤣 This is just my own opinion, and you’re free to criticize it.If we fight for peace, they say we’re denying human rights. If we fight for freedom that always brings disaster, that’s what they want. It’s true nothing is perfect, but what’s important is that we try to make our country better, not more corrupt or crazier. What’s the point of human rights if your country keeps getting worse instead of improving? Yes, we want freedom for our rights, but think about it—does freedom always lead to the best path? That’s my first point. We’re always taught to choose good leaders for our nation. To pick a good leader, look at how they’ve led their country or their people in the past. For those who like proof...
DDS Enabler Denied PR on Canada.
Basahin niyo ‘to bago kayo mangarap ng “bagong buhay” sa ibang bansa. Because the world is closing in also on Duterte’s enablers. Duterte thought he was untouchable. His tokhang cops thought they could escape accountability and his enablers thought they could just move on. Pero ngayon? Duterte: Extradited. Sitting in a detention cell in The Hague. Former Tokhang police na si JOSUE LIMMONG AHUDAY, tinanggihan ng Canada ang kanyang Permanent Residency Application. To be precise, his PR application was denied because Canada found him inadmissible under Section 35(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) due to his complicity in crimes against humanity during Duterte’s drug war. DDS enablers: Blacklisted? Investigated...
Tanim EJK Expose
For Awareness.... 1. The one encircled in white is Dr. Dreyfus Perals. He was killed in March 2017 in Lanao del Norte. The assailant, Mohammad Nabel Langi Banding, was captured in January 2022. Not an EJK. Nothing to do with Duterte. (Suspect in 2017 killing of 'Doctor to the Barrio' Perlas nabbed) 2. The one encircled in green is Dr. Winston Andutan in December 2021. The assassin has ben arrested by the police. Not an EJK. Nothing to do with Duterte. (https://www.ucanews.com/news/philippine-cops-nab-three-for-jesuit-hospital-doctors-murder/95248) 3. The one encircled in red isDr. Ma. Lourdes Tangco. Bulatlat, a newspaper of CPP/NPA, has claimed that she was a one of them. Dr Tangco died during with an encounter with the Philippine...
I'm switching sides already. From being neutral or non-partisan to being a Duterte follower. I'm praying for tatay Digong's health.
Good News Soldiers.
BREAKING: MARCOS JR.
Duterte will be back on the Philippines
Duterte will be back in the Philippines. Unfortunately for you DDS, hindi na siya makakabalik. Most likely, he'll die in The Hague. Mukha nang kawawa si Tatay diba? Mukha na talaga siyang mamatay. The stress, confinement, realizations that his actions placed him into this situation, that "Bisaya humor" won't work in ICC - all these are getting into him. But fortunately for the Philippines most importantly to the victims, we're witnessing this. Laban Tatay Du'Turd. Wag ka muna mamamatay!
Salvador Medialdea is caught lying
During Rodrigo Duterte's first appearance before the International Criminal Court (ICC) on March 14, 2025, several key events unfolded. This initial hearing took place via video link from a detention center near The Hague, Netherlands, where Duterte was held following his arrest in Manila and transfer to ICC custody. The purpose of the hearing was to formally identify Duterte, inform him of the charges against him—specifically murder as a crime against humanity related to his "war on drugs" campaign—and outline his rights under the Rome Statute. The hearing was presided over by Judge Iulia Antoanella Motoc, with Duterte’s lawyer, Salvador Medialdea, present in the courtroom. What Happened During the First Appearance - Duterte’s...
Tanim EJK Victim?
Very Perfectly Legal
Pwede! Sasabihin lang ng puliz sa’yo… PULIZ: Hoy, may violation ka! Patingin ng lizenzya mo. MOTORISTA: Hindi ko dala! PULIZ: Nandiyan dapat sa’yo! MOTORISTA: Ay wala dito, nasa bahay! Tara! DIWATA: That’s perfectly legal! #satire #parody
War on Drugs
You will never see a War on Drugs in Southeast Asia again. Which president would dare challenge the secret businesses of Western countries when the consequence is an ICC arrest? Let the drugs flow and spread like a rising river, flooding the Asian people. Let those profiting from this trade thrive—until they witness the devastating end result of this pandemic. I hope you don’t regret what you’ve done, not just in the Philippines, but across all of Asia.
The Marcos name was cursed - Until Duterte gave them a chance.
For years, Filipinos spat at the sound of it. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀. A name that carried the weight of stolen wealth, torture chambers, and a nation stripped to its bones. We grew up hearing stories—𝗳𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗸. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱. Ferdinand Marcos Sr. wasn’t just a man. He was a wound in the soul of this country. A man who built an empire on the suffering of his own people. A leader who became a monster. And so, the people cursed his name. For decades, his family lived in exile, despised, rejected. No redemption. No forgiveness. But then came 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲. Duterte—a man loved by the masses, a man who could have...
When a somebody is really a nobody at The Hague.
Former Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea has been giving statements at The Hague for anyone who would care to listen that he’s being given the runaround on the whereabouts of Former President Duterte. A lawyer, he’s directly accusing the ICC of a grand conspiracy, that the ICC is deliberately whisking Duterte around like a rag doll and treating him badly. One, if there’s a specific law in the Netherlands that punishes anyone who undermines the ICC through public statements, I hope they bring down the hammer on Medialdea while he’s there. Two, the former executive secretary might be forgetting that he’s a nobody in The Hague. He’s just some random Asian guy asking questions about Duterte. He is not even an immediate family member...
Head of DDS
The Chamber found that there was an attack directed against a civilian population pursuant to an organisational policy while Mr Duterte was the head of the Davao Death Squad (DDS), and pursuant to a State policy while he was the President of the Philippines. Moreover, there are reasonable grounds to believe that this attack was both widespread and systematic: the alleged attack took place over a period of several years and resulted in thousands of deaths. In the arrest warrant, the Chamber focused on a sample of alleged incidents to facilitate its analysis. Concerning Mr Duterte’s alleged role as the head of the DDS and subsequently as the President of the Philippines, the Chamber found reasonable grounds to believe that he, jointly...
Hello to all our Social Justice Warriors and Human Rights Activists, like, you know:
If the world was like, super perfect, like, totally utopian, then maybe your "due process" thingy would be, like, effective and could probably solve the war on drugs issue, right? But hellooo, we don't live in that kind of world—like, so far from it—and honestly, I'm thinking it's never gonna happen. Not that we should totally give up on hoping, but we have to be, like, realistic, especially when it comes to power, you know? Think about the inherent flaws of the people implementing this due process (except for the human rights activists, obvi). It's so evident how their shortcomings contributed to why there even is a war on drugs, 'cause, like, our system has been failing for so long, duh. The media, oh my gosh, they really played...
GoodNight.
Post ko lang to dito.... For those who don't understand, why the "sub-saharan" comment became a meme and why it triggered most of the people from the South. (Im apolitical, and I think of our politics as GRAY, not black and white. Im not siding with anyone here. This is just an observation so people would understand.) Aside from the whole 'War on Drugs' fiasco (im not going to talk about this), Duterte won the 2016 elections because of the proposal of Federalism, the thought of going against 'Imperial Manila'. Federalism, although not implemented, would give autonomy to each region, which means that we dont have to wait for the capital's consent. The Philippines would be decentralized and regions would enjoy their own policies...
Petition to Reject ICC Jurisdiction Over Former President Rodrigo Duterte
To: The International Criminal Court (ICC), and Concerned Authorities We, the undersigned, stand in firm support of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and his administration’s resolute efforts to combat îllégâl drugs and criminality in the Philippines. As responsible citizens who have witnessed the positive changes in our communities during his tenure, we believe that the accusations against him by the ICC are politically motivated and fail to recognize the realities of the Philippines’ fight against drugs and crime. Under Duterte’s leadership, the nation saw a significant reduction in drug-related crimes, making our streets safer and restoring peace and order to many communities that had long suffered from the violence associated...
The Late Lee Kuan Yew's Speech at the Philippine Business Conference
Highlights: "I do not believe that democracy necessarily leads to development. I believe that what a country needs to develop is discipline more than democracy. The exuberance of democracy leads to undisciplined and disorderly conditions which are inimical to development. The ultimate test of the value of a political system is whether it helps that society to establish conditions which improve the standard of living for the majority of its people plus enabling the maximum of personal freedoms compatible with the freedoms of others in society." "Politicians revelled in democracy, and its freedoms, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and for those in office, the freedom to wheel and deal. It was politics enjoyed for its own sake...
