Makakatulong ba kung magkaroon ng ordinansya ang goberno na ang lahat ng "Tambay" na kayang mag trabaho (legal age at hindi pwd) ay bigyan ng trabaho sa agriculture. Lahat ng tambay na mababa ang income ng pamilya in short pabigat sa pamilya. Mandatory ipadala sila sa agriculture na places at doon mag work. Para mabawasan ang tambay at crime sa pinas. Makakatulong pa sa economiya.
Dapat kasi mag focus ang pinas sa agriculture para makapag import ng mga products sa ibang bansa.
