Hello po, need your inputs po sa problem ko sa device kong nabili.
Issue: Limited Service/No Signal
Possible Cause: Pinalitan ko ng sim yung PLDT Home Wifi (black) nung kabibili ko palang
using my SMART Postpaid Unlimited Data Plan. After 3 days nawalan na ng signal yung pdlt ko. So nilipat ko ulit sa pocket wifi yung sim, working naman.
Trobleshootings:
1. Hard Reset (not working)
2. Palit ng firmware (not working)
3. Palit ng IMEI (not working)
4. Put the original sim back and use other smart simcards - again, not working
Reported ko na to sa PLDT mismo, sabi nga wala na signal, pwede daw nila palitan yung device ko kaso nawala ko na agad yung resibo ko . HAHAHAHAHA
NO OR, NO REPAIR/REPLACMENT > kahit na nagoffer ako ng payment for the service.
So ayun po, kaya need ko help nyo baka may nakasolve na ng ganitong issue, kasi no choice ako to DIY lang. HAHA
