Creating New Threads
For the most part, this should be common sense, but in case it's not...
Start threads in the most relevant forum section.
Don't create empty posts that contain nothing but a link (if you are going to link to a news article, for example, give a summary of it in your own words).
Don't post personal attacks against other members. Take up whatever your issue is with them privately.
Search before you post a new thread, because there's a good chance someone has already posted it. We don't need 50 threads on the same topic. One is enough.
Warning about Configuration Sniffing
If you wish to "sniff" the contents of a locked configuration shared by other members, then by all means, KEEP IT TO YOURSELVES. Please have some RESPECT!
Don't Create Reservation Threads
They are considered spam. Such threads will be deleted or closed instantly without further explanation or notice. Examples of reservation threads:

May bago ako halimaw na config, i-share ko sa inyo kapag umabot na sa 10 pages itong mga comments dito.

PPD (Pay Per Download) and PPC (Pay Per Click) Guidelines
PPD and PPC links are permitted on the forum, but must adhere to the following rules:
Direct Link Requirement
Each PPD or PPC link must be accompanied by a direct download mirror link from sites such as DropMB.com, Dropbox, Mediafire, Google Drive, etc.
Direct link mirrors should not be placed inside a HIDEUSER tag.
Automatic Thread Closure
Threads will be closed if:
There is no direct download mirror link.
The link is hidden inside a TXT file.
For PPD links only: A direct mirror link is not mandatory if the file size is 100 MB or more, or if it is a link to a video stream. However, PPC links always require a direct mirror link.
Link Placement Options
Direct download mirrors can be placed inside a SPOILER or HIDEPOSTS tag, with a maximum value of 1,000.
PPD and PPC links can be put inside a HIDEREACT tag as well.
Prohibited PPD and PPC Links
Links that are related, linked, or associated with other Filipino forums.
PPD links without a specified file size.
Chains or nested links of PPC and PPD.
Links marked as #forbidden# are not allowed.
Archives containing duplicate or random files solely to reach a 100 MB file size limit.
No Unauthorized Links:
Posting links or promotional threads in the shoutbox is prohibited, except for those related to the forum announcements, help pages, FAQ, and forum rules thread.
Any unauthorized links posted will be removed to maintain a clean discussion environment.
Enforcement and Penalties:
First offense: Verbal notice
Second offense: Temporary shoutbox mute (24 hours)
Third offense: Extended mute or possible shoutbox ban
