Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package

Microsoft Visual C++ (MSVC) is a compiler for the C, C++ and C++/CX programming languages by Microsoft. MSVC is proprietary software; it was originally a standalone product but later became a part of Visual Studio and made available in both trialware and freeware forms. It features tools for developing and debugging C++ code, especially code written for the Windows API, DirectX and .NET.
Many applications require redistributable Visual C++ runtime library packages to function correctly. These packages are often installed independently of applications, allowing multiple applications to make use of the package while only having to install it once. These Visual C++ redistributable and runtime packages are mostly installed for standard libraries that many applications use.
The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components that are required to run applications that are developed by using Visual Studio 2013, on computers that don't have Visual Studio 2013 installed. These packages install run-time components of these libraries: C Runtime (CRT), Standard C++, ATL, MFC, C++ AMP, and OpenMP.
Features:
- Supported operating systems: 32-bit and 64-bit.
- When installing the build, 32-bit versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package will be installed on 32-bit operating systems, and 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package, on 64-bit operating systems.
- During the installation of the assembly, the previously installed 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package are searched and deleted.
- By default, the assembly is installed with the stubs hidden (False).
- Installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable 11.0.50727 False will occur only on operating systems starting with Windows Vista SP 2 and above.
- Installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable 14.29.30040 will occur, only on Windows XP operating systems. Version 14.29.30040 is the latest correct on Windows XP.
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Redistributable will only be installed on operating systems starting with Windows Vista and above.
-If you do not uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ installed on your system, then use the MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall utility or Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove them.
