Help Converge ethernet disconnects

Naka 2 palit na po ako ng ethernet cable. Tested 2 diff laptops ganun pa din. Pag nagspeed test or download ng malaking file nadidisconnect yung connection through ethernet. Naka direct ang lan cable sa zte router ni converge. help po please baka may alam kayo solution tnx

Nadisable ko na po same pa din. Bale naka type c docking station din po pala ako. Pero parang malabo po na dock ang problema, so baka sa router ni converge po
