PHUpdate. It's now more stronger than before. I always play 720p youtube videos and still no buff. Here's what I play.

Enjoy my strong xp config for tm/globe. But if you can't connect, just off and on your data until you get the right ip. But mine was easy to connect. No load needed and it's fast for me. I can play 480p youtube videos and the buff was very fast and it looks like it can handle 720p. But 360p was good enough though. Just enjoy. I miss being established here. Like and Thanksgiving is a big thing.
PS. use the latest xp psiphon or else it will ask you for password. Xp psiphon V6. Again enjoy!
