PHYou need to use the following :
Ping tool
& ping.EU
••Punta Kayo sa ping.EU then copy the IP
address ipatse then paste it in Ping tool (addresses target)
Then use ping.EU or other. App kung saan ang location ng proxy server mo
Then yun ang gamitin mo sa iyung psiphon
Info: pwede mo gamitin sa ping tool mo yung numiric address ng proxy server for more stable
