Open mo CMD mo, in administration mode
Next ay icopy mo ito:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=”YoutubeBufferTrick” dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes
Then right click your cmd terminal and paste, after that, click ENTER.
wait mo siya magprompt na OK.
Be sure na naka.active ang firewall and Hindi nakadisable ang rule.
Then That's it. No Buff na ang Youtube mo..
