Para naman yan sa mga postpaid sim card... Ang dapat matagal na nilang ginawang batas ay ang sim card registration para maiwasan mga scammer at dummy account sa social media

Assurance po ba un? I mean may mga apps na nag gegenerate ng fake numbers, if your point is pag binind mo ung numbers sa social media accounts, you can be identified, pero required ba like facebook accounts to input your contact number? If so, like i said there are apps that can generete fake phone numbers.

Yung email address ang kailangan ng phone number bago gumawa ng facebook, twitter, at instagram
