No i'm from Africa can that be reason ?

i don't have proxy 8080 now ,but i create ssh account same country with proxy and not working

all good ,but ssh account country not the same with remote proxy ? but it work with port 8080 and its not the same too

i tried more than 10 proxy all be checked and this one of thim 212.237.25.174:3128

hi guys i have problem with proxy port 3128 only port 8080 work nothing else i tried ssh account support this port but didn't work whats the problem any help plz ?
