sa may settings mag explore ka lang doon hanggang makita mo ang PHONE, then explore again.

try dialing *5005*7672*00# if d mo makita ang edit iccid , try *5005*7672*88# or *5005*7672*99#. then enter the iccid 89014104277806042598 or 89014103279252827838.

sa akin ay INPUT ACTIVATION ICCID nakalagay instead of edit iccid. Try to check your SETTINGS>PHONE>SIM APPLICATIONS>INPUT ACTIVATION ICCID I used iccid: 89014104277806042598 it works, nung monday ko lang yan ginamit at gladly marami rin natulungan yan na maactiavte din iphone nila.
