Not sure but maybe nand chip. I have similar issue sa ip7 ko. I tried to reflash rom nya but failed cause of physical damage ng nand chip. [Base on displayed error]. if the simple vol- + & power hold cant fix the issue. And reinstalling os also doesnt help. Maybe seek professional repair man.
