d default na settings lang yan moderator kailangan mu lang e enable yan sa apn settings i your on marshmallow and up kung kitkat at lollipoo naman wala yan kailangan ka pang mag root at mag install ng tweaks like skynet or use custom settings via build prop pati 3g edge or whatever tweaks...

walang files nyan nasa settings lang talaga ng smartphone yan pag nka marshmallow ka may settings na nyan sa apn default lang kailangan mu lang e enable yan but if your on lollipop or kitkat you need to root your phone and install tweaks like skynet to use those settings on your phone sa rooting...

im not sure if you notice this but on marshmallow devices the bearer settings have lots of options unlike in lollipop and kitkat which only has 3 options unspecified,lte,ehrpd.. in marshmallow it has uspecified,lte,hspap,hsupa,edge,umts,hsdpa,hspa,gprs,evdo_A,B,and C i tweaked mine by ticking...
