    TS im tring this with my GLOBE PLAN 1599 which is 5MBS.. and when i try to SPEEDTEST.net RESULT PING:529 DOWNLOAD SPEED:15Mbps UPLOAD SPEED:1.40Mbps which is not my PLAN RIGHT? is this can affect my PLAN DATA CONSUMABLE EVERY MONTH or not?
