Ok, understood. Maybe that channel is only available/accessible on the provider's apps, not on the web interface. Do you have the same grid on both?

Were you able to extract any data from other channels or are you just having problems with that specific channel? Your browser may not have downloaded it's own cdm module correctly, do other streaming services work on your browser? I probably could help you with this, but I'm not sure how...
