Looks like they have a free tier that's not TOO bad. This promotion is 3 apps and 1tb of traffic, and in 3 months you'll you'll be reduced to 1 app (or WordPress site) with 250gb of traffic.
Exactly as he said, and an unusually simple setup too. I haven't gotten to far into it yet but it looks like vercel but with a WordPress option and a lot more bandwidth!
