Doesn't work for me with a VPN either. The reasons could be they do some anti-VPN checks, or there are specific user-agents that are allowed

Instead of using just vlc, try using streamlink (+ streamlink-plugin-dashdrm if you want multi audio) to parse the stream and pass to vlc to play, you'll get the full resolution then

I've also done a quick scan. starting from 0 this time. Other channel numbers that appears to be valid: 001 live stream 003 tnt sports 3 004 tnt sports 4 011 eurosport 1 013 ? 019 sky nature 028 M+ (motorsport?) 051 ? 052 ? The mix of channels...

I concur with the others comment to not use a browser to view dash streams. On a PC you can always use vlc if not drm protected, and streamlink + streamlin-plugin-dashdrm + vlc if drm protected - which works cross platform (*nix/windows)

Looks like Beinsports4 stopped working. I've however added HBO channels (HBO, HBO Family & HBO Hits)

I just tested them, and they all worked except for Beinsports 4 giving a 400 error.

I've edited the main post and added a few more channels. I'll continue as I find/map more perhaps.

Unfortunately, as the others have said, its not that simple. Perfecttv didn't generate this MPD, they either copied it and re-served it, or they are proxying it on the fly. The MPD is dynamic, so u need the live version to play the stream...
