🍏 iOS IPhone Globe Factory Unlock

iphone pro max? its my phone, 4 pmnts from paying off, $ got tight att shut it off and now sim locked. Don't need phone have new 16 pro max but always like to have a decent phone for a backup. Can it be unlocked if att blacklisted it for not finishing my contract?
