IMO, ok pa naman ang CPU mo to run windows 11, there are many reasons kung bakit mabagal or bumagal ang isang CPU, one of them ay iyung mga start-up programs running in the background which can consume system resources. For me, I prefer a clean install ng windows 11 kaysa upgrade from windows...

mas mabilis at mas maliit kaysa sa HDD, with regards naman sa health, I think mas durable pa rin ang HDD kaysa sa SSD (my own experience, through the years bumababa ang health ng SSD as compared sa HDD), kaya hanggang ngayon ginagamit ko pa rin as storage ang HDD, at sa os at mga applications...

try to crete a USB recovery tools (USB bootable windows na same sa current OS mo), turn on your laptop, hit the F2 or delete key para makapasok ka sa BIOS settings, change the boot prority sa USB flash drive, save and exit kapag nag-boot na sa windows installation, just fill up iyung opening...

hindi ba naaangat iyung white cover? try to push inside to release from the lock and pull outside, do this carefully para hindi siya masira if ever hindi siya push lock
