I have expirienced the same on a samsung Tv, i couldnt find a proper fix because i could log in some times but would end up not receiving all the channels / preloaded media
I ended up using my laptop screen sharing via HDMI
I believe for a personal computer everyone should be using Linux unless you want to use it for Gaming. For beginners i recommend linux mint or ubuntu (thats if you dont want to Distro hop in future. Thats my opinion btw
