    🔒 Closed Cant access 192.168.254.254

    I'm having a similar issue. 192.168.254.254 appears to be dead. The address shows as an active device, but no ports are active and it does not respond to Ping. I've tried restart and factory reset without success.

    🔒 Closed Antenna/modem question.

    Hello. I have a SEI-120G (white) and it seems that the external antenna is either disabled or that stock antenna is total garbage. No matter where I put it, there's no improvement in the signal, but if I hold the modem out the window, I can get three LED of signal. Any suggestions?
