yung first code po is to check the existing message centre number if it's not +639220001501 then dial po the second code. yung second po is to change it to the correct one :)

Gumana na po sakin. Ginawa ko po for iOS. Dial *#5005*7672# to check po ung message centre number. Kung hindi pa +639220001501, palitan nyo po. Dial **5005*7672#+639220001501# tapos pag confirmed na po. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then wait po mag restart phone...
