We had payloads and we were creating ehi , and we used them via http injector in all sites expect some games like pubg or netflix , and one day our company Vodafone Albania disabled payloads.

No I didn't tried these apps , but I once tried SlowDNS it worked but it's so slow , you must have an premium account to have fast internet.
