STEPS:

1.To activate GPRS *and* MMS
SET MMS send to 211
(mag hintay ng 15 seconds....)

2.To configure internet access (full access) 
SET INTERNET N70 send to 211
(mag hintay ng 15 seconds....)

3.To configure WAP via GPRS
SET GPRS T68 send to 211
(mag hintay ng 15 seconds....)

4.To configure WAP via CSD
SET WAP T68 send to 211
(mag hintay ng 15 seconds....)

5.Setting up of MMS and GPRS handsets: 
To download SMART MMS phone settings, key in SET MMS and send to 211. 
To download SMART GPRS phone settings, key in SET GPRS and send to 211.
(wala ng interval)
6.Activating SMART MMS and GPRS: 
To activate SMART GPRS, key in GPRS ON and send to 333. 
To activate SMART MMS, key in MMS ON and send to 333

maghintay ng 20-30 minutes o patayin mo muna phone mo sabay bukas ulit....
then try to go to m.smart.com.ph
pag G or H sa taas BOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!! unblock ka na
