First Download the Latest 'Original ISO' of win11 from microsoft website

To Bypass this,
Download:

and copy the 'bypass.reg' file to ur installation media - DVD or USB drive

Boot ur Installation disk (dvd/usb)



after that at the main screen appear like above
press 'shift + f10', browse for the 'bypass.reg' file

by entering
d:
then type and enter
bypass.reg
press 'yes and ok' and after that close the cmd window
and continue the installation
